Open for registration is going on NOW!
To enroll your child in our 2025–2026 afterschool program, two applications must be completed:
1. ACS (Administration for Children’s Services) Child Care Application
We strongly encourage all eligible families to complete this application as soon as possible. This helps secure funding and guarantees your child’s spot in the program.

Steps to Complete the ACS Application:
Under “Select a Type of Assistance,” choose New Child Care Voucher.
Log in or create a MYCITY account.
When prompted for provider information, enter:
Name: Boys & Girls Club of Metro Queens
Address: 85-52 85th St, Queens, NY 11421
Program #: 1603802
Required Documents to Upload:
Parent’s photo ID
Child’s birth certificate
Recent paystubs based on your pay frequency:
Weekly: 4 stubs (if pay is consistent) or 12 stubs (if it varies)
Bi-weekly/Semi-monthly: 2 stubs (if consistent) or 6 stubs (if it varies)
📄 If you are currently unemployed and actively seeking work, you may submit this form instead:

ACS Income Eligibility Guidelines
Please refer to the attached “Income Table Updated 2025” file to see if your household meets the income eligibility requirements for ACS child care assistance.
2. MyClubHub (ClubHub) Application

Steps to Complete the ClubHub Application:
Log into your ClubHub account, if you don’t have an account, click “Need a login?” to create one.
Click on “Browse Memberships.”
Select PS 97Q, then click Save Club.
Click CLICK TO SEE MORE!
Select 97 WAITLIST: SY '25–'26, then click Select.
Choose your child(ren) and click Next.
Complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
Click Next and sign all 4 forms by clicking the blue Sign button.
Click Finish at the top right, then again on the confirmation page.
You should see a “Transaction Complete” screen when done.
